Michelle Francois | B.S. Exercise Science, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Hi, my name is Michelle Francois, and I am a fitness coach with over 10 years of health and fitness industry experience. After working in orthopedics and seeing countless patients undergoing surgery for preventable injuries and conditions, I have committed to helping others improve their health through exercise and nutrition.

I was a competitive swimmer growing up, and was pushed to train incorrectly for performance and longevity – overtraining and under-fueling to be as small and fast as possible. It wasn’t until I experienced depression after my swimming career and began studying Exercise Science in college that I truly grasped the vital connection between proper training with health and athletic performance. Adopting a balanced approach to returning to movement transformed my mental health and restored my confidence to train and compete again.

As an athlete having competed in swimming, running, Spartan and more – with first hand experience in training and injury recovery, I understand the importance of balanced, personalized fitness programs. My expertise in Exercise Science combined with years of experience in orthopedics, rehabilitation, and personal training enables me to create custom programs that not only help you reach your goals but also prevent injuries and promote long-term health wellness.

Every program is built on the foundation of movement science, injury prevention protocols, and real-world athletic experience. This unique combination ensures you’re not just working out— you’re training smarter, safer, and more effectively.
