Following an initial consultation, you will be sent your customized fitness program through the Everfit app. You will also gain access to member educational materials and on demand videos. Our weekly check ins are conducted via video call to ensure compliance.

I’m interested in training programs, but I do not want the accompanying coaching service. Is that an option?

Yes! I offer training programs for a variety of fitness needs that can be completed as a one-time purchase.

What commitment is required?

A commitment to fitness coaching requires willingness to adhere to programming, communication with coach, and a willingness to check in weekly for accountability.
